"What space do you need for your set up?"
We need a 15 X 15' space with vehicle access to pull in the trailer. Our portable generator makes a moderate amount of noise; we can connect to an outlet at the venue if you'd prefer the quiet. We will arrive 2-3 hours before the first guest to set up.
"Plates, silverware, utensils?"
Antipasti is served on compostable palm leaf plates, pizza slices on Kraft paper plates. We bring Kraft paper napkins and heavy duty green disposable utensils, and crystal cut plastic cups for our beverage packages. Please let us know if you would prefer to provide your own dinnerware.
"Can you make pizza on the beach?"
Because of the weight of our trailer, we must enlist the help of an outside source to get it on and off of the beach. For this reason, beach parties come with an $850 surcharge. Please note that events in public spaces require permits that vary by town; we can acquire permits if you wish.
"We'd like a seated dinner instead of a buffet."
No problem! We have a team of professional waitstaff and bartenders available for a full service meal, or we can work with your event staff. We'll customize the service to meet your needs.
"Sounds great! How do I book a party?"
Fill out our inquiry form and we will get back to you asap with availability on your desired date. Keep in mind that weekends fill up quickly! We require a $1500 deposit to reserve your date and time.
"What happens if it rains on the day of my event?"
We are willing and able to work in light rain, but we understand that you may not want to party in it. If your event is postponed due to inclement weather, we will apply 100% of your deposit toward a future event.
